Worried about disturbing the neighbours?
Book one of our Silent Cinema packages.
Each guest receives a pair of our high-quality wireless headphones, allowing everyone to enjoy the film without external speakers. The headphones are the same professional equipment used with our Silent Disco packages.
Worried about the weather?
No problem.
If the weather isn't suitable for an outdoor screening, we can relocate your booking indoors, provided there is sufficient space available. Our indoor screen is almost as large as our 3-metre-wide outdoor screen.
Do I need any licences?
Family Parties supplies cinema equipment only.
The event organiser and/or venue is solely responsible for obtaining any licences, permissions or consents required for the event.

Do I need a PRS for Music licence?
Licensing requirements relating to music are the responsibility of the event organiser and/or venue.

Do I need a Temporary Event Notice (TEN)?
Whether a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is required depends on the event and the venue.
Responsibility for obtaining any required permissions rests solely with the event organiser and/or venue.

Can I play music before or after the film?
Yes.
Our standard cinema package includes a PA system, allowing you to connect a compatible phone, tablet or laptop using the supplied audio cable.
Our Silent Cinema packages use the same wireless headphones as our Silent Disco equipment, allowing compatible audio sources to be played through the headphones.
Do I need to set up or pack away the equipment?
No.
We take care of the delivery, installation and collection of all cinema equipment. We'll arrive before your booking to set everything up and return afterwards to dismantle and collect it.
Booking Times
Our standard booking times do not apply to outdoor cinema hire.
As outdoor screenings generally begin after sunset, collection times are arranged individually to allow you to enjoy the film before we return to dismantle and collect the equipment.
